Before submitting a parcel
- Compare QC photos with source links. Open the original source link and confirm the warehouse item matches the expected product, color, size, and visible details.
- Check every item status. Do not include an item that still needs return, exchange, clarification, extra photos, or support follow-up.
- Estimate parcel weight and volume. Product price is not the full cost. Weight, box size, packaging, and shipping line rules can change the final freight price.
- Remove unnecessary packaging if useful. For bulky packaging, decide whether box removal or reinforcement makes sense for the product and shipping line.
- Separate risky items. Electronics, batteries, liquids, magnets, fragile goods, oversized boxes, and branded goods may have different line restrictions.
